RESERVATIONS

We will accept your reservation by email or telephone and will reserve your booking for 7 days. To secure your booking, we require a Rental Deposit Cheque (50% of weekly fee) payable within 7 days from receiving your request. The remainder of your rental fee is payable 45 days prior to your arrival.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, we request that you

contact us immediately. Upon notification, we will post the available

period and if we are successful in renting the allocated time period, we will refund your fees (less $100.00 cancellation fee). If we are unable to rent the allocated time rental fees are non-refundable.

 

CHECK-IN TIMES

Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday. 

Check-in time is SATURDAY at 3:00 PM 

Check out time  SATURDAY at 11:00 AM
